1、 Reason:
1. Welding of the cylinder shell.
2. Cracks caused by the drum shell.
3. The foundation bolts of the drum shell are loose.
4. The gap between the shell and the supporting wheel is too large.
5. Excessive damage to the gap between the bushing and the spindle bearing.
6. The fixed screws of the swinging drum and bushing are loose, causing relative sliding between the swinging drum and bushing.

1. Based on the inspection status of the lifting winch, clarify the solution.
2. For loose screw caps, they can be tightened during the shutdown of the exchange shift. If the noise is not severe, the lifting winch load can be moderately alleviated. Pay attention to inspection and maintain maintenance until the required shutdown for maintenance.
3. If the noise is severe, it should be immediately parked for maintenance or replaced to prevent safety accidents from expanding.
