1、 Oil leakage:
1. Brake: No matter what brake is chosen, only the brake design can make the winch stop in mid air when lifting heavy objects.
2. Balance valve: Installing a balance valve can ensure that your winch has an average speed and does not fall quickly when placing heavy objects.
3. More than 90% of oil leakage problems are caused by rubber sealing rings being subjected to alternating temperature changes for a long time, resulting in the loss of a large amount of plasticizer and softener, leading to corrosion, aging, and hardening of the sealing rings.
4. At first, the phenomenon of oil leakage slowly began to appear, and over time, the sealing ring broke. Previously, oil leakage was solved by removing the engine and replacing the oil seal.
2、 Motor
1. Generally, radial piston motors are used, and axial piston motors are less commonly used.
2. Radial motors are mainly low-speed and high torque motors. Large displacement motors can achieve around 2 to 100 revolutions per minute, while smaller ones can turn from tens to thousands of revolutions.
3. Axial piston motors are mainly high-speed and low torque motors, with generally low and stable speeds close to 1000 revolutions, and can reach up to 3000 or even 6000 revolutions at high speeds.
3、 The hydraulic system of the hydraulic winch hydraulic station allows the working oil temperature of the hydraulic oil to be around 90 ℃, requiring better thermal oxidation stability of the oil.
