During the installation and maintenance of hydraulic pump stations, dirt and iron pins should not fall into the car fuel tank, and the occurrence of steam leakage in the gasoline pump suction pipeline should also be avoided. The frictional resistance to oil removal should not be too large. Secondly, the amount of oil in the car oil tank shall not be less than that in the level transmitter, and the filtering device and gear oil shall be removed and replaced on time to keep gear oil and system software clean and tidy.
The hydraulic pump station should be leak proof, and external leakage should be prevented. Although internal leakage is difficult to avoid, it cannot exceed the required standard value. If there is too much leakage, it will cause the working pressure to not rise, the hydraulic system cannot achieve the estimated torque, and it will cause the water temperature of the hydraulic system to rise, making the working components unstable.
If abnormal noise or unstable working pressure are found in the hydraulic pump station, it should be immediately shut down to analyze the causes of common faults, conduct fault detection, and operate the hydraulic system after repair to prevent major accidents. The working pressure and speed of the hydraulic system should be designed appropriately, and should not exceed the limit to prevent accidents.
Common problems with maintaining hydraulic pump stations:
1、 Prepare in advance before work
1. Be sure to wear protective equipment during work, and wear a helmet when entering an industrial factory;
2. The station must be kept clean and tidy, and the road surface and all machinery and equipment are inevitably oiled. It is necessary to do a good job in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
2、 On/off operation
1. Before starting the pump of the hydraulic press, it is necessary to check whether the commonly used valve opening accessories within the scope of the hydraulic transmission system are open;
2. After starting the pump, regular inspections should be carried out to ensure that each protective device meets the standard values, posture, technical requirements, and inspection regulations;
3. After starting the pump, it is necessary to immediately check whether the working pressure of the system software can fully automatically stop when it reaches the limit of the electrical contact pressure gauge.
